Your landlord probably has insurance to cover the house or apartment building that you live in, but if your bicycle or television is stolen, that’s your problem.     can anyone tell me if its the apartments responsibility to maintain the roof of a building? And if befoe they maintain it a leak happens and damages the contents of the apartment who is responsible?
